These are generally materials such as C45, 46Cr2, 46Cr4, 42CrMo4.

Non-ferrous metals, titanium alloy metals, aluminium alloy metals and antistatic materials are also used for special applications. After machining, the parts are subjected to heat treatment. Bearing ways are hardened at 55-60 Hrc. Teeth are hardened and/or tempered according to their usage areas. Bearing ways of all bearings are ground to increase precision. Ø-200mm to Ø-1500mm are produced according to the demands.
